Why did I get a bill from TRI when I also got a bill from the hospital?
The bill from TRI is for the reading of the exam by our radiologist. The bill from the hospital is for the technologist services, equipment use and any medical supplies needed for the exam.

What phone number do I call regarding billing and insurance issues?
Please contact our business office at 330-841-5800 and select Option 2.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard).

Where can I make a payment in-person?
Our business office is located at 2588 Elm Rd. NE, Cortland, Ohio 44410. We are in Elm Road Medical Park, the Center for Radiology, Building B.

If I don’t have health insurance, does TRI provide a discount for prompt payment?
TRI will provide a prompt pay discount for patients without health insurance. We also offer payment plans. Please contact our business office at 330-841-5800 and select Option 4.

Does TRI accept the same charity/financial aid standards as the hospital?
If you have applied for charity/financial aid at the hospital, we will accept what the hospital has granted. Please provide the written proof from the hospital.

How quickly will my exam report get to my doctor’s office?
Our goal is to have your exam report to your doctor’s office within 24 hours.
